i really do need to quit for awhile i think i have ocd that is one hundred percent exacerbated by tumblr idk if i'll be able to but i'll give it a try i suppose i'm looking into moral ocd and i'm like yes yes this is exactly how i feel how does anyone bear it??? the amount of guilt and shame i feel compounds on itself to where i feel guilty for the guilt and shameful for the shame idk if i'm committing to logging off bjr somethign has to change i think i constantly think about how lucky and privledge i am and instead of feeling grateful i feel like i should suffer and i feel guilty i guess i'll try shrug
